Sushi Chefs are now being recruited to join the opening team.The Japanese dining and sushi restaurant brand is operated by a globally acclaimed craft beer company. Its distinctive concept, combining authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine with craft beer, has received strong recognition and made its New York restaurant a difficult reservation to secure.

The Nashville restaurant will be based on this successful concept. Opening team members will primarily be responsible for sushi preparation and service while also contributing to preparations for the new restaurant launch.Nashville is a vibrant city known for its music, dining, and culture. Compensation

$25–$30 per hour
Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.

Work Schedule

Working hours and shifts can be arranged with some flexibility.Specific working days and shift details will be provided during the selection process.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve sushi and sashimi
• Process and prepare fish and maintain quality standards
• Prepare nigiri, rolls, and other sushi items
• Manage sushi rice, ingredients, and inventory
• Maintain sanitation standards and kitchen operations
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff
• Support pre-opening preparations and the launch of the new restaurant

Qualifications

• Two to three years or more of professional sushi experience preferred
• Fish preparation, butchery, and knife skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a new working environment
• Interest in building a career as a Sushi Chef in the United States
