Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve sushi at the counter
- Fish preparation and quality control
- Maintain rice preparation and consistency
- Support the Head Chef in daily operations
- Collaborate with service team to enhance guest experience
Requirements
- Professional experience as a sushi chef
- Experience in high-end or omakase environments preferred
- Strong knife skills and fish handling
- Team-oriented mindset
- Basic English communication skills
