Main Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi menu items, primarily rolls
• Prepare sushi ingredients and other food items
• Manage fish, vegetables, sushi rice, and other ingredients
• Maintain ingredient quality and inventory
• Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Provide accurate and consistent food preparation during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Professional experience preparing sushi
• Experience preparing sushi rolls preferred
• Ability to work carefully in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain proper sanitation and ingredient management standards
