We are seeking a Sushi Chef for a Michelin-starred authentic kaiseki restaurant located in Manhattan, New York.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve nigiri at the counter
- Fish breakdown and quality control
- Rice preparation and consistency management
- Coordinate sushi courses within a kaiseki flow
- Maintain inventory and assist with ordering
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership and service team
- Uphold strict hygiene and Michelin-level standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional sushi experience
- Experience in high-end sushi or kaiseki environments preferred
- Strong knife skills and fish handling expertise
- Team-oriented mindset
- Basic English communication skills required
