Salary: Up to $120,000/year (commensurate with experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall restaurant operations and service management
- Maintain and improve service quality and guest experience
- Recruit, train, and manage staff and scheduling
- Manage sales, costs, and inventory
- Support local relationship building and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Management experience in a high-end restaurant (5+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership in service and team management, with hands-on operational ability
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine
