Salary: $170,000 – $175,000 per year (based on experience and skill)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the omakase experience: menu development, ingredient sourcing, preparation, and service
- Execute advanced techniques including fish aging, curing, precise slicing, and rice temperature control
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure seamless team operations
- Deliver exceptional counter service to an international clientele
- Design and orchestrate each dish as part of a broader artistic and sensory experience
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading omakase service at a fine dining or Michelin-level sushi restaurant
- Proven head chef experience with strong leadership and culinary vision
- Expertise in premium ingredients (e.g., caviar, truffle) and fusion pairings
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, high-design dining environment
- Strong communication skills in English (multilingual ability a plus)
