Salary: $130,000 – $135,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sushi program, including counter service and kitchen backline
- Source premium fish and ingredients; ensure proper aging, prep, and presentation
- Train and manage sushi chefs and kitchen team
- Balance speed and artistry in a high-end environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end or fine dining sushi kitchens
- Proven leadership experience as a head or executive sushi chef
- Advanced knife and fish handling skills
- Ability to engage international clientele at the counter
- Fluent in English (multilingual is a plus)
