Salary
$75,000–$80,000/year (negotiable based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Oversee fish prep and inventory
- Manage kitchen staff and day-to-day operations
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Coordinate with front-of-house and purchasing teams
Requirements
- Professional experience in fish prep (required)
- Leadership and kitchen management skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
