A renowned Japanese restaurant located inside a luxury hotel in Denver, Colorado is seeking a talented Sushi Chef to serve as the second-in-command to the Executive Chef.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and execution of sushi (nigiri, rolls, prep, etc.)
- Inventory and food safety management
- Support the Executive Chef in daily operations
- Maintain smooth communication with BOH team
Requirements
- Professional experience in sushi preparation (3–5 years preferred)
- Strong teamwork and willingness to grow
- Basic English communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Salary
- $80,000/year (negotiable based on experience and skill)
