Located in Manhattan, New York City,  this upscale yakiniku restaurant offers a refined dining experience focused on premium Japanese Wagyu, including A5-grade beef. Our guests include affluent locals and food connoisseurs seeking a top-tier culinary experience. We are currently hiring for multiple positions to support our growing operation.

Open Positions

1. Manager (Full-Time)

  • Salary: $8,000–$10,000/month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
  • Hours: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Days Off: Monday and Tuesday
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations
    • Inventory and purchasing management
    • Staff scheduling, training, and supervision
    • Sales reporting and performance monitoring
    • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams
  • Requirements:
    • Fluent English communication skills
    • Proven management experience in a restaurant setting
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
    • Experience in high-end or guest-oriented environments preferred

2. Butcher (Part-Time / Full-Time)

  • Hourly Wage: From $25
  • Hours: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM (20–30 hours/week depending on availability)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Trimming and portioning premium Wagyu cuts
    • Managing yield and cost through precise cutting
    • Maintaining hygiene and cold storage areas
  • Requirements:
    • Prior butchering experience required
    • Strong knife skills and knowledge of beef cuts
    • Ability to work efficiently and minimize waste

3. Line Cook

  • Hourly Wage: From $20
  • Hours: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Responsibilities:
    • Execute dishes at the grill or hot line
    • Work swiftly and accurately during service
    • Maintain station cleanliness and prep
  • Skills Required:
    • Knife skills and heat control
    • Team collaboration and customer-minded attitude
    • Ability to perform under pressure

4. Prep Staff (Urgently Hiring)

  • Hourly Wage: From $20
  • Hours: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (especially busy on Wednesdays)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Ingredient prep (kimchi, sauces, dressings, salads)
    • Side dish and banchan prep
    • Dessert preparation (including chocolate and sweets)
    • Cleaning and organizing prep area
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Fast, precise work habits
    • Previous prep experience a plus
