We are looking for an executive chef at a high-end restaurant in New York. Aiming to improve guest satisfaction, he is in charge of overall kitchen operations, starting with the management and training of cooking staff. In particular, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate cooking experience and leadership in fine restaurants.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service fine dining restaurant
- Over 2 years of experience as an executive chef
- Strong knowledge and experience in staff management, inventory management, and cost management
- Excellent communication skills and leadership
- Those who can comply with hygiene standards (OSHA regulations, etc.)
