This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role managing the entire kitchen operation.

The role begins with hands-on training in all kitchen stations and gradually develops into a management position overseeing kitchen operations, team development, and inventory control.

Compensation Structure‍

【Phase 1 (First 4–6 weeks)】

Salary based on $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

Learn and operate three kitchen stations

• Appetizers
• Noodles
• Soup preparation

Housing support may be available.

【Phase 2 (First year)】

Minimum $80,000 salary

Responsibilities

• Expo station (order coordination & plating)
• Master all main kitchen operations
• Opening and closing duties
• Help build kitchen team culture

Base salary $95,000 + profit share

Year 5: 17.5%

Year 6: 20%
