



A Japanese restaurant that has earned Michelin recognition for multiple years on the West Coast is opening a new sushi restaurant in Manhattan, New York.
This is a highly anticipated new project bringing together a team with a strong track record on the West Coast and a team currently receiving significant attention in New York’s Japanese dining scene.
The restaurant is now seeking a Sushi Chef as part of its opening team. This position offers the opportunity to be involved not only in preparing sushi, but also in ingredient selection, preparation, course flow, counter service, and the broader development of a high-quality sushi restaurant.
