Main Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking of sushi and sashimi
• Serving sushi at the counter or in the kitchen
• Ingredient quality control and sanitation management
• Preparation for the restaurant opening
• Working closely with the chef and kitchen staff
• Providing dishes that meet the restaurant’s quality standards

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Sushi Chef
• Basic skills and knowledge in sushi and Japanese cuisine
• Positive attitude toward participating in the opening of a new restaurant
• Ability to value teamwork
• Interest in expanding your career as a Sushi Chef in New York
