



A popular Japanese restaurant in Manhattan, New York is seeking a Head Sushi Chef.
This position requires more than strong sushi-making skills. The restaurant is looking for someone who can lead the entire sushi department, manage the team, maintain consistent quality, and work closely with the kitchen and service teams to drive the overall sushi operation.
Candidates with previous experience as a Head Sushi Chef, Executive Sushi Chef, or in a similar leadership role will be prioritized. This position is well suited for someone who can take responsibility for staff direction and training, prep and service operations, quality control, and overall team leadership.
