Concept

• Intimate omakase-style sushi counter
• Focus on traditional nigiri and sushi service
• Approximately 5 dinner services per week

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the omakase menu
• Lead sushi counter operations
• Source ingredients and maintain quality standards
• Build and train a sushi team
• Establish sushi standards within the group
• Participate in internal training programs

Requirements

• Professional sushi experience
• Omakase counter experience preferred
• Background in high-end Japanese dining
