- Tuesday to Saturday
- Closed on restaurant holidays and designated off-days
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute high-quality plated desserts and baked items for tasting menus
- Develop seasonal dessert concepts that align with the restaurant’s culinary philosophy
- Oversee mise en place, ordering, and inventory management for the pastry section
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure a cohesive guest experience
- Uphold excellence and consistency consistent with Michelin-starred standards
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a pastry chef or cook in a fine dining or Michelin-starred setting
- Strong foundational skills in pastry and dessert techniques
- Ability to stay focused and organized under pressure
- Passion for craftsmanship, seasonality, and continuous improvement
- Team-oriented, respectful, and committed to high standards
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Pastry school education or international experience is a plus (not required if experience meets standards)
