From $70,000/year (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements
- Professional experience in sushi or kaiseki (years of experience flexible)
- Strong foundational techniques in Japanese cuisine
- Passion for working abroad and long-term goals in the U.S.
- English not required (Japanese-speaking kitchen)
