A new high-end sushi restaurant is opening soon in Manhattan, NYC, and we are seeking 2–3 experienced sushi chefs to join the launch team.
This is a great opportunity to grow with a high-potential restaurant group. The role focuses on rolls and nigiri (not omakase) and may involve working across multiple locations in the future.
