This role is strictly for professionals with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or those with equivalent high-end culinary backgrounds.

Up to $200,000/year (based on experience and achievements)

- Experience leading a sushi section or as a head sushi chef
- Mastery of sushi techniques and strong leadership
- Knowledge of kitchen management and hygiene standards
