We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to oversee operations at a single location of a respected sushi restaurant in Manhattan. This is an ideal role for someone with leadership potential who is ready to take responsibility for daily operations and guest service.

Salary
Up to $85,000/year (depending on experience)
3-month probation period (same pay conditions)
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage FOH team and coordinate with kitchen
- Handle guest service, conflict resolution, and quality control
- Manage inventory, staff schedules, and basic reporting
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and team morale
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Japanese cuisine restaurant (required)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Friendly, organized, and team-oriented personality
