A well-regarded sushi restaurant group in Manhattan is seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee multiple locations. This is a leadership position for someone who can manage operations across stores while ensuring high-quality service, team performance, and business goals.

Salary
Up to $100,000/year (depending on experience)
3-month probation period (same pay conditions)
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across 3+ restaurant locations
- Supervise and support store managers
- Recruit, train, and manage FOH staff
- Manage sales, inventory, cost, and staffing
- Ensure high-quality Japanese-style service
- Improve daily operations, shift structures, and sanitation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as General Manager or similar leadership role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Japanese cuisine restaurants (required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent English communication skills
