This restaurant blends traditional Japanese techniques with global culinary perspectives, offering a refined dining experience in a contemporary setting.
We are looking for someone with strong technique and creative expression who can embody the restaurant’s concept through their craft.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $120,000+ (depending on experience and skills)

- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sushi preparation
- Background in upscale or fine dining restaurants preferred
- Omakase experience is a strong plus
- Basic English communication skills required
- Passion for reinterpreting Japanese cuisine with modern sensibility
