Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh fish and sushi items
• Contribute to menu creation and improvement (depending on experience)
• Manage kitchen hygiene and inventory
• Collaborate closely with service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Knowledge of beverage pairings (sake, whisky, wine) is a plus

Requirements:

• Mid-level experience in sushi preparation

Compensation & Benefits:
