Mexico – Los Cabos | Head Sushi & Kaiseki Chef Wanted (Visa Support Available / Apply from Japan OK)

We are looking for an experienced Head Sushi & Kaiseki Chef for a growing Japanese restaurant in the safe and scenic resort area of Los Cabos, Mexico. This position includes training local staff, managing operations, and leading culinary quality. Cost of living is low, offering great opportunities for savings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee sushi and kaiseki dishes
• Supervise and train local staff on culinary and hygiene standards
• Manage kitchen operations and ingredient sourcing
• Lead the restaurant in quality, teamwork, and consistency
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sushi and/or kaiseki
• Leadership and management experience preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Comfortable working abroad in a multicultural setting
• Previous experience at well-known restaurants is a plus
