A high-end Japanese restaurant in Allentown, Pennsylvania is seeking an Executive Chef. This position will oversee the kitchen operations, develop sushi and izakaya-style menus, manage inventory and costs, and lead a high-performing team.
・Proven experience as an Executive Chef in Japanese cuisine (especially sushi and izakaya)
・Strong knowledge of sushi and traditional Japanese cooking techniques
・Extensive kitchen management and team leadership experience
・Thorough understanding of food safety regulations
・Current ANAB-accredited Food Safety Certificate required
・English language fluency
Annual Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
