We are seeking Head Sushi Chef and Sushi Chef for a new sushi restaurant scheduled to open in the Dallas area around August or September. Experience with Kaiseki-style cuisine is highly preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for this exciting new opening.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Head Sushi Chef or Sushi Chef
- Experience with Kaiseki cuisine is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Passionate about contributing to the launch of a new restaurant

Salary

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
