NY | Recruiting cook chef at high-end Japanese restaurants in famous hotels

A well-established Japanese restaurant located inside a prestigious hotel in New York City is currently seeking a cook chef to join its culinary team.
Experience in sushi preparation is a plus.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a calm, refined environment focused on high-quality cuisine and service.

Salary

Hourly wage: approx. $32

(Estimated annual salary: $66,560–$70,000 based on a 5-day workweek)

Work Schedule

• Required days: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Plus 2 additional days: Scheduled on a rotating basis
• Shifts:
  　• Day shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  　• Night shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  　• Flexibility to cover mid-shifts when short-staffed is highly valued
