Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi from start to finish including slicing fish, plating, and setup
- Maintain prep area organization and cleanliness
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Follow recipes and adjust for special dietary needs or guest requests
- Report equipment issues and assist team members as needed
- Participate in training sessions and uphold DOH standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sushi experience, or 3+ years in omakase setting

- Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a high-paced kitchen

Salary
Estimated annual income: $62,400–$104,000 (based on $30–$50/hr + tips, depending on experience)
