Honolulu, HI｜Hiring Yakitori Chef (Full-Time)｜$5,500+/month + Family Meal + Health Insurance

A new yakitori specialty restaurant opening in Honolulu in Fall 2025 is seeking a skilled Yakitori Chef.
This position covers the full process—from poultry butchering to skewering and grilling—offering a stage to showcase your craft.

We are looking for a core member who is eager to master the art of yakitori and carry on the tradition of Japanese craftsmanship.

Position Details

Yakitori Chef｜Full-Time

• Working Hours: 10:30am–10:30pm (Break: 2:00pm–3:30pm)
• Days Off: 6–8 days/month
• Monthly Salary: From $5,500 (based on experience)
• Training Period: 30 days ($19/hour)
• Responsibilities: Poultry butchering, skewering, yakitori grilling, service, staff training, menu development, inventory, cost, and hygiene management
• Requirements: Applicants must have experience in yakitori or possess equivalent poultry skills, including breaking down, skewering, and grilling. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
