An authentic yakitori restaurant will open in Honolulu, Hawaii in Fall 2025, and we are hiring a full-time Line Cook.With techniques and spirit cultivated in New York, we will bring new possibilities of yakitori to Hawaii.
This is a growth environment where you can learn not only yakitori but also a wide range of Japanese cuisine skills through hands-on experience.We welcome those who want to refine their skills and sensibilities and grow into a true professional.
Position Details
Line Cook|Full-Time
- Working Hours: 10:30am–10:30pm (Break: 2:00–3:30pm)
- Days Off: 2 days per week
- Salary: From $4,000/month (based on experience)
- Training Period: 30 days ($17/hour)
- Responsibilities:
- Yakitori and general kitchen prep/cooking
- Customer interaction and service
- Inventory and ordering
- Sanitation and hygiene management - Requirements: 3+ years of kitchen experience
